Exceptional service that matches the Lexus standard. The service team is honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. Check-in and checkout were effortless, and my car was returned running great and freshly washed. Big thanks to Jimmy and the technicians for taking such good care of my vehicle.

I had an amazing experience working with Jimmy Morales at Lexus in Greenwich. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was in the best condition possible. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me honest, helpful advice without ever making me feel pressured. It’s not easy to find someone you can trust with your car, but Jimmy definitely goes above and beyond. His attention to detail and customer service really stood out. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re ever there!
